bored, so I'm rambling

personal projects for the new year
* finish (or at least deploy) the blog system I started ~4 months ago
* a game, something along the lines of Torus Trooper (watch out, it's addicitive)
* more photography - in order to combat my "i could do [this] better if I had a better [that]" syndrome, I need to set up some sort of reward system for myself - something like "do X climbing shoots" or "shoot Y rolls of film" before I get a new lens (approx. $$$$$$$)
* more climbing - lead a 9 (on gear) with one hang at the creek last weekend, need to round up more cams (and climbing partners)
* more biking - similar dillemma as photography (don't look now, but I'm replacing my whole drivetrain soon)
* apparently i've got a wedding to go to...

more deviations soon, probably some scraps this weekend, I've got a couple nice pics from the new cam to add, but supposedly there is a "Digital Imaging" lab @ the art dept here, with film scanners and the like. I looked for it this afternoon, but no luck (the art dept here is scary - narrow halls, dimly lit, spooky), an email is in order, so I can shower you all with long-exposure goodness.
